Main role and functions:

This includes management of information systems in Church of Ireland House, RCB Library, Church of Ireland Theological College and Church of Ireland Education NI and Press Office.

  • Maintenance and support of software (Accounting, Payroll etc)
  • Maintenance and support of hardware – servers, pcs, printers etc
  • Database management and support
  • Local and Wide area network management and support
  • Internet and inter–site wireless communication links
  • Management of email
  • Management of security products (firewall, antivirus, antispyware)
