The Church of Ireland Press Office today issued an invitation to parish magazine editors to attend a workshop in Church of Ireland House, Donegall Street, Belfast on Wednesday, 26 February 2003 from 10am to 1.30pm.

Editors should book a place for the half-day session by forwarding their name and two recent editions of their parish magazine to the Press Office by Friday, 21 February 2003.

The workshop will cover design and writing skills as well as offering individual editors some practical advice. The session will conclude with a discussion on the future of the parish magazine as an effective tool in parish communications.

A second workshop will be held in Dublin later this year.
