WORLD-WIDE PRESIDENT OF MOTHERS' UNION TO SPEAK AT BELFAST CATHEDRAL
The Mothers' Union in Connor Diocese is holding its Festival Service in Belfast Cathedral on Sunday 27th April, at 3.30 p.m.
The Speaker will be Lady Eames, Mothers' Union World-wide President. Lady Eames has recently returned from Australia and Africa where she brought prayerful support, encouragement and greetings to Mothers' Union members.
Mothers' Union is the largest Anglican women's organisation and is especially concerned with all that strengthens and preserves marriage and Christian family life.
Some executive members from our link Diocese, Cashel Ossory, are sharing this weekend with executive members of Connor Diocese and will be attending the Festival Service with members of other womens' organisations. Mrs Thelma Mehaffey, Mothers' Union All-Ireland President will also be attending.
