FATHER OF MURDERED MAN SPEAKS OF FORGIVENESS
Michael McGoldrick, whose son was murdered in 1996 by terrorists, is the guest speaker at the healing service in St Finnian’s Church of Ireland Church, Cregagh on Tuesday, 22 January 2002 at 8pm.
The Service is during Christian Unity Week and is organised by Divine Healing Ministeries, an interdenominational organisation.
Brother David Jardine said: “Michael McGoldrick expressed his forgiveness for the murderers at the time of his son’s funeral. It was a remarkable gesture of generosity and one that Michael has lived up to ever since even though he would acknowledge that he has to go back and forgive the murderers every day."
Michael McGoldrick will speak about his experience of healing and forgiveness. Prayer and the laying-on of hands will be available during the service.
