CMS shapes up for new ways of mission

As part of the latest stage in meeting the demands of mission in both Ireland and the wider world, CMS Ireland has moved its Northern Ireland operations into new premises on the northern outskirts of Belfast.  Having outgrown the previous location in central Belfast, the new location offers plenty of room for future growth. Combining administrative facilities with a good conference suite, it is also able to provide free car parking.

Already it is in use as a centre for volunteers, supporters and teams, and this has been an important part of the vision for this new building.

Ian Smith, CMS Ireland Director of Mission, said, “The new facility in Belfast will be part of our greater commitment to serving the worldwide church. It will be matched by a renewed commitment to stimulating mission involvement through our base in Dublin.”

CMS Ireland in Belfast will be officially opened in September but visitors will be offered a warm welcome before then.
