Centre for Celtic Spirituality Conference, Armagh, 15-17 May

'The Sacred Weave of Life' Conference
The Centre for Celtic Spirituality, Armagh

The Church of Ireland’s Centre for Celtic Spirituality is set to run a weekend conference in Armagh exploring the theme of Celtic spirituality as a pilgrimage and journey. Entitled 'The Sacred Weave of Life', the conference will run from Friday 15th to Sunday 17th May 2009 and will be addressed by the Revd Ray Simpson, Guardian of the International Community of Aidan and Hilda, Holy Island, Lindisfarne.

In advance of the conference, the Revd Grace Clunie, Director of the Centre for Celtic Spirituality, said, 'Life is a spiritual journey full of scared meaning. How do we perceive and experience the presence of the sacred through all of life’s journey? How do we find the sacred weave of life? The Revd Ray Simpson, Anglican priest and inspirational writer on Celtic spirituality, will lead us on an exploration of the sacred weave of life.'
