Revulsion at murder. Statement by the Right Revd Ken Good, Bishop of Derry & Raphoe

Right cross the community, there is a clear sense of revulsion that another brutal murder has been carried out in this city. The horrific manner in which the victim’s body was left at the roadside by those who perpetrated the crime is a further cause for shock and outrage.

One of the signs that a community has moved beyond such murderous acts as this, is a willingness to ensure that those responsible for such a crime cannot remain hidden but must be brought to justice. It is vital that the PSNI are provided with any information which will make possible the arrest of those who are guilty of this murder.
