On Sunday 9th May 2010 at 3.30pm the annual service of the Friends of Saint Ronan’s Church Colebrooke will take place in St Ronan’s Church, Aghalurcher Parish, Colebrooke. Two memorial plaques will be received in memory of the late Venerable Victor Forster, former rector of the parish and Archdeacon of Clogher, and the late Miss Ena Henderson, who was a very well known member of the Church of Ireland and respected figure in the parish and throughout the diocese. Both of whom were founders of the Friends of Saint Ronan’s, an association to care for and conserve the fabric of the church building, and to promote fellowship between current and former members of the parish.
The guest preacher for the service will be the Rt Revd Dr Gordon McMullan, former Bishop of Clogher, who recently gave the eulogy address at the funeral service of the late Archdeacon Forster.

Well known bass baritone, Mr Richard Woods from Belfast will be performing as guest soloist.
Everyone is welcome to attend the service which will be followed by afternoon tea in the parish hall.
