The Revd Rosemary Logue (right) has been appointed as Rector of Kilskeery and Trillick Parishes, in the Diocese of Clogher, succeeding the Revd Canon Dr William Johnston who retired during 2010.

Revd Logue was ordained in 1993, following study at the Church of Ireland Theological College and Trinity College Dublin. She has spent the majority of her ministry in the Dioceses of Derry and Raphoe, and has also served in the Diocese of Armagh and in the Scottish Episcopal Church.

Prior to ordination, Revd Logue was a parish administrator, and she has a particular interest in counselling, especially marriage guidance and bereavement counselling. Revd Logue is married to Art, a Consulting Engineer, and they have one adult daughter, Jennifer.

Whilst new to the area, Revd Logue says she “fell in love with the area while attending the Erne Hospital, Enniskillen” and says she is “looking forward to making this 'little part of the world' my 'home'!”

The Institution of Revd Logue as Rector of Kilskeey and Trillick will take place in Kilskeery Parish Church on Monday 4th April 2011 at 8.00pm. The preacher will be the Bishop of Clogher, the Rt Revd Dr Michael Jackson.
