Invitation to competition - Magazines and websites
Church of Ireland Magazine and Website Competition
The 2006 Church of Ireland Magazine and Website Competition has been launched. Design and layout, editorial content and outreach potential are once again to be the standards of excellence and entries are invited in three categories:
- diocesan magazines
- parish magazines
- diocesan websites
Magazines will be judged on: overall design and page layout; editorial content in relation to readership; outreach potential.
Two editions of magazines which have been issued in the period April 2005-March 2006 should be sent to the press office at the address above.
Websites will be judged on overall design (including use of colour, accessibility, text and graphic presentation); editorial content in relation to audience; outreach potential.
Entrants for the website competition should send URL?s to press -at-ireland.anglican.org
The closing date for entries is 31 March 2006. Entry forms may be obtained from the Press Office.
Prizes will be awarded at the General Synod in Armagh in May.
