Parish Celebrates Rugby World Cup with a Difference
Kells Union of Parishes have found a way to celebrate the Rugby World Cup with a difference. Members of the parish are taking part in a special ‘Game of Life’ course. The course links the Rugby World Cup and the Christian faith.
Special Rugby World Cup editions of Luke and Acts have been distributed at Church services. These include articles about famous rugby players such as Ruan Pienaar.
The course and DVD presentation is being led by Shane Bennet. Even the Rev William Seale (Rector) says he has managed to learn something about rugby!
