Statement from Bishop Harold Miller on Muckery Orange Hall arson attack
The Rt Revd Harold Miller, Bishop of Down and Dromore and Chairman of the Church of Ireland’s Northern Ireland Community Relations Working Group, said:
‘I was very saddened that another Orange hall, in Derrytrasna, has been damaged in an arson attack. Surely we can come to a place of respect for our different traditions in Northern Ireland. My thoughts and prayers are with the members of the lodge who meet in the hall and their families and neighbours.’
