Archbishop John McDowell, the Church of Ireland’s Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of All Ireland, met with President Michael D Higgins on Sunday (18th May) at a reception hosted by the President to mark the 400th anniversary of St Isidore’s, the Franciscan Church in Rome.
Archbishop McDowell was among the Primates of the Anglican Communion who attended an audience with Pope Leo XIV today (Monday, 19th May 2025).
