Diocesan Directors of Ordinands (DDOs) help people to discover their gifts and use them in the Church.

Ordained ministry is one way of using our gifts within the overall mission of the Church but it is not the only way.

God calls all His followers into some kind of service.

But service can take many forms.

The DDOs have different ways of supporting those who are asking the question, “What is God calling me to do?”

They will facilitate opportunities to help you discover the answer to that question and will connect you with others who are also exploring their sense of vocation.

Before contacting your DDO please speak with your local Rector.
