St Saviour’s Parish Church, Connor, is celebrating its bicentenary. The present church was consecrated in 1813 but the site is much older, dating back to the 4th Century when it was a monastic site.
Bishop Pat Storey hopes to fulfil the dream of the late Daphne Wormell and bring her husband to Lambeth.
